We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in financial reporting, budgeting, and maintaining accurate records to support the company’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounts Management: Oversee daily accounting activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, providing analysis to guide business decisions.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure adherence to tax regulations by preparing and filing tax returns and managing tax audits.
  • Internal Controls: Implement robust internal controls to protect company assets and maintain financial integrity.
  • Audit Support: Collaborate with external auditors, ensuring the accuracy and availability of financial documents.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform regular analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, and report findings to management.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about financial laws and regulations to ensure compliance with all relevant standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification (mandatory).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputable accounting firm or organization.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in Tally accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to ethical accounting practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
