Over an initial two-year period, the Company invested significantly in its startup infrastructure within the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) sector and subsequently expanded its operations. 2018 following a strategic acquisition by Mihan Gas Company Limited and subsequent consolidation, Taifa Gas Tanzania Limited rebranded and launched a new corporate vision. Operating under the Taifa Gas and Mihan Gas brands, Taifa Gas Tanzania Limited offers LPG cylinders and related services.
The company boasts an extensive network comprising 22 depots and sub-depots strategically located across various regions including Mwanza, Mbeya, Moshi, Dodoma, Singida, Morogoro, Iringa, Tanga, Shinyanga, Songwe, and Manyara. The sub-depots are Njombe, Bukoba, Geita, Tabora, Musoma, Arusha, Sumbawanga, Kahama, Singida, Mtwara, and Lindi.
