Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain the general ledger.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly.
• Post day-to-day transactions into the accounting system.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of tax returns in compliance with regulations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Collaborate with auditors to facilitate efficient audit processes.
• Monitor financial data and recommend process improvements as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Tally accounting software (mandatory).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
