Job Purpose:
Provide office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies while monitoring administrative activities.

Managerial Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the work of office support staff.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain workflow by analyzing methods, implementing cost reductions, and developing reporting procedures.
  • Resolve administrative issues by preparing reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
  • Ensure operational efficiency by maintaining equipment through preventive maintenance, repairs, inventory checks, and evaluating new techniques.
  • Answer inquiries and provide information as needed.
  • Manage supplies inventory by determining needs, placing orders, and verifying receipts.
  • Handle operational requirements by scheduling and assigning tasks to expedite work results.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as required.
  • Translate various documents as needed.
  • Manage work permits, residence permits, visas, business licenses, and other compliance processes.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel, transportation, and accommodation for employees and visitors.
  • Perform receptionist duties at the head office, guiding visitors.
  • Execute additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Education Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or an equivalent qualification.

Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a reputable organization.
