Job Purpose:
Provide office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies while monitoring administrative activities.

Managerial Responsibilities:
- Supervise the work of office support staff.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Maintain workflow by analyzing methods, implementing cost reductions, and developing reporting procedures.
- Resolve administrative issues by preparing reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
- Ensure operational efficiency by maintaining equipment through preventive maintenance, repairs, inventory checks, and evaluating new techniques.
- Answer inquiries and provide information as needed.
- Manage supplies inventory by determining needs, placing orders, and verifying receipts.
- Handle operational requirements by scheduling and assigning tasks to expedite work results.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as required.
- Translate various documents as needed.
- Manage work permits, residence permits, visas, business licenses, and other compliance processes.
- Arrange and coordinate travel, transportation, and accommodation for employees and visitors.
- Perform receptionist duties at the head office, guiding visitors.
- Execute additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Education Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or an equivalent qualification.
Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a reputable organization.
