Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor card fraud activities (issuing and acquiring) using various tools, including VRM, MIGS, MPGS, GATEKEEPER, FIMI, and TWFA.
  • Resolve card-related queries received through ECRM/ITSM platforms.
  • Address card-related issues from email, direct requests, and social media, and collaborate with customer service/contact center teams to ensure resolution.
  • Monitor daily online transactions and address issues related to 3D authorizations promptly.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to collect supporting documents for disputed card transactions and ensure submission to relevant stakeholders.
  • Follow up on recovery of chargebacks from merchants, with support from the sales team, ensuring timely recovery of overdue.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with card fraud monitoring tools and systems (e.g., VRM, MPGS).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
