Job Overview:
This role provides independent, objective, and professional assurance, insights, and recommendations regarding technology-related risk management, governance, and adherence to minimum technology standards. Collaborating with senior management, the Manager supports Technology Risk and Control by evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• First Degree in Business Commerce.
• First Degree in Information Studies.

Experience Required:

• Technology Control (3–4 years):
  • Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • Broad business and finance experience, particularly in IT/financial services.
  • Management experience with teams from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Technology Risk Assurance (3–4 years):
  • Experience delivering technology risk assurance assignments using audit and assurance methodologies across varied businesses.
  • Proven expertise in IT management activities such as IT portfolio delivery planning, investment control, risk identification, and regulatory compliance.
• IT Audit and Risk Management (3–4 years):
  • Extensive experience in IT audit, risk management, and assurance reporting.
  • Proficiency in identifying, mitigating, and tracking risks and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to provide opinions on risk assessments and adherence to technology standards.
