Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert nursing care in dialysis and kidney-related treatment settings.
- Lead and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
- Manage a busy healthcare environment efficiently while maintaining high standards.
- Support chronic disease management with compassion and professionalism.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and embrace professional development opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Strong passion for patient care and service excellence.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Capacity to manage a dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
- Experience in high-care settings or chronic disease management (preferred).
- Flexibility and readiness to relocate (an advantage).
